Here at KOTA RAMEN we have Japanese cooking in our very bones! We began as an idea: “what if we could use our authentic, traditional cooking techniques to bring genuine, wholly organic, healthy and natural produce right to the heart of LA?”…and so began an exploration into flavor, American culture and Eastern cuisine that resulted in some very intriguing results indeed
